Implementing and developing the Gender Operational and Leadership Framework (GOLF), which compile guidelines and recommendations, and works towards achieving gender balance in all activities. Gender equality is a transversal and transnational matter to be addressed systematically with and inclusive and efficient approach to raise awareness and to change mindsets (prejudice and stereotypes).



With strong past and current projects, taking stock from institutional measures, policies and recommendations for gender equality, Waterpolis is developing persistent support to the improvement of its activities, aiming at achieving relevant and workable gender equality outcomes. The development of the programme, which is operated within the consortium of founders of Horizon Europa Partners SCE, provides an added value to all our activities.

The project IGTrain is launch

The Grundtvig European project "Training to Train- Intergenerational Transfer of Knowledge on the workplace" (IGTrain) will improve the employability for older people (50+) and provide additional skills to the younger employees. Brussels (BE), February 13, 2014. The IGTrain project makes a significant contribution to the Europe 2020 strategy, promoting the increase of the employment rate and the inclusion in the life-long learning of the population aged 20-64.
